The Brightest Up and Coming Musicians At Pilgrimage Festival Day 1

By  |

The first day of Pilgrimage Festival in Franklin, TN was a scorcher. The music was hot and so was the sun, if you’re in the market for good new music we have you covered with four of our favorite artists that played on Saturday.

The Texas Gentlemen were our first act we checked out. Even though it was 11 am the crowd was in full force, even the crowd just walking by or getting shade under trees were jamming out. Their album is out now!

The Shadowboxers played the main stage just as the afternoon was scorching. We whole heartedly believe that they are what the music industry needs and they will be selling out stadiums in years to come. Their energy and musicianship is off the charts, and their tunes are infectious and will get stuck in your head without trying.

Sinclair is one of those artists that when you hear her, you need to stop and listen. Her Rhianna and DJ Khaled cover of “Wild Thoughts” was a highlight. Being able to take a song and make it your own and bring different styles of music to it is no small task. We could just listen to her and her guitar all day.

Jillian Jacqueline just released her Side A EP yesterday and performed some of the songs today. Having a live performance sound better than an already stellar record is a great treat for fans. You have to experience her live to fully understand.
