Charles Kelley Announces Solo Tour!

By  |

Charles Kelley just announced a solo tour! The news is very exciting and can be alarming for some fans. Rest assured, it does not mean the end of Lady Antebellum. Since the success of Lady Antebellum has really taken off, the trio has been playing Arenas and Stadiums across the globe. They’ve written music that suits them as a brand and their fans. Now that the band has an end of the year break, Kelley has decided to use the time to go on tour!

With the release of his first Solo Single “The Driver” featuring Eric Paslay and Dierks Bentley, Kelley is hoping to make a new statement to his fans. He has been aching to write some tunes that really speak to him and was planning on pitching them to other artists to record. With some urging from peers, as well as his fellow band mates, he decided to record them himself! The trio was scheduled for a break from the road after a long year of touring and instead of resting, Kelley is taking to the road to promote his solo side project! He was told by his business manager that he wouldn’t make any money but he stated: “I don’t care. I’m doing this to feed the soul.”

There is no high pressure to put out a #1 hit for Kelley. He is excited to get back to the roots of making music and performing for small crowds who will be getting to hear brand new songs live for the first time.

Kelly will be making a stop in the following cities:
