Eminem and Rihanna Take ALS Ice Bucket Challenge Live Onstage in Detroit

On the last show of the Monster Tour in Detroit last night, Eminem took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in front of an audience of 45,000 people. After, he nominated Rihanna who also stepped up to the challenge and had a bucket of ice dumped on her as well. Watch a video of Eminem taking the challenge below:

Nico & Vinz Spotlight!

“Am I Wrong”, or is September going to be an exciting month for Nico and Vinz? If you listen to the radio at all, chances are you’ve heard the afore-mentioned song, seeing as in the past two months it has been the #1 most Shazam-ed song and hit the #4 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 list. This week it still sits at an impressive #6 on Billboard’s list, and is, as of writing this, at #33 on the iTunes charts. In both the US and the UK the duo have even been able to claim the #1 song on the radio.

Nicolas “Nico” Sereba and Vincent “Vinz” Dery are natives of Norway, and have had massive popularity there, where “Am I Wrong” has received a “Song of the Year” award and a nomination for a Norwegian equivalent of a Grammy for “Hit of the Year”.

Def Leppard and Kiss Review!

92 degrees in Noblesville, Indiana at The Klipisch Music Center, and everybody was fanning themselves and looking various shades of red.  This was the biggest crowd of the tour.  The Dead Daisies kicked off the night, and I was skeptical as to how this band (most any band, really) could open up for two such prominent rock and roll icons.  They did more than good - they did stupendous.  I would definitely recommend checking out their album or live show if you get a chance.
